Contacting Our Customer Support Is Easier than ever!

If you have any questions about your order or our product line then please contact support@enhancerx.com. We respond to all emails in the order to which they are received within 24 hours or 1 business day.

If you have not received your order in a timely fashion then please email us right away so we can put a trace on it for you and pass along the tracking number. If we find an error then we of course reship at our expense the same day if necessary.

If all of our agents are busy with other callers then please leave a detailed message and we will respond via email within 24/48 hours. *If you are requesting information regarding a current order then please include your order number and full name in your message so we can quickly identify you and respond to the email on file with your account. We do not have call display or save phone numbers in the system.

Please check your spam or junk mail folders for your tracking numbers. If you have not yet received your tracking number within 72 hours or the order itself within 10 days then please contact us via email ( support@enhancerx.com) and we will sort it out for you.

Posted Dec 22nd 2016, 8am PST: Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! Our customer service will be sparatic over the holidays from Dec 24 to Dec 27th so our staff can be with their families!
